Job Description:

This is a 6-month contract starting July 1, 2025.

Salary range is €16,500 - €19,000 for the 6-month contract.

This is a remote role and you must reside in Italy.

We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinator’s maternity leave. In this role, you’ll coordinate design operations across our brands, support a team of 3 graphic & visual designers, and get hands-on with creating campaign visuals, marketing materials, and assets.

This role suits someone who enjoys both creative and operational work, has great relational skills, thrives remotely, and has a keen eye for quality design.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination & Design Ops

• Coordinate design projects across all brands (Beefree, Beefree SDK, RGE).
• Manage task prioritization, timelines, and resources for 3 designers.
• Oversee design request intake and handoffs.

Hands-On Design Work

• Design emails and landing pages for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Create marketing visuals like booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, blog, and social visuals.
• Support social media and email marketing teams with design needs.
• Design or update assets for sales outreach and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment with messaging and branding.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in digital graphic design and layout.
• Experience managing creative projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and project tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices.
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
• Great relational skills for stakeholder cooperation.
• Bonus: video-making/editing skills (Premiere, AfterEffects, Jitter).
• Bonus: SaaS or ESP marketing experience.
