Job Description:

This is a 6-month contract starting July 1, 2025.

Salary range is €16,500 - €19,000 for the 6-month contract.

This is a remote role and you must reside in Italy.

We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinator’s maternity leave. In this role, you’ll coordinate design operations across our brands: Beefree, Beefree SDK, and Really Good Emails (RGE). You’ll support a team of three graphic & visual designers by prioritizing tasks, managing requests, and ensuring smooth workflows. You’ll also engage in hands-on design work, creating visuals and assets for campaigns, marketing, and sales materials.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational tasks, has strong relational skills, thrives in a remote environment, and has a keen eye for quality design.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination & Design Operations

• Coordinate design projects across all brands.
• Manage task prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation for a team of 3 designers.
• Oversee design request intake and facilitate smooth handoffs.

Hands-On Design Work

• Design emails and landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
• Create marketing visuals including booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, and social visuals.
• Support social media and email marketing teams with design needs.
• Design or update assets for sales outreach and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure brand consistency.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in digital graphic design and layout.
• Experience managing creative projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-deadline management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices.
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
• Strong relational skills for stakeholder cooperation.
• Bonus: video editing skills (Premiere, AfterEffects, Jitter).
• Bonus: experience with SaaS or ESP marketing.
