Job Description

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover maternity leave for our current Coordinator. This role involves coordinating design operations across our brands: Beefree, Beefree SDK, and Really Good Emails (RGE). You will support a team of three graphic and visual designers by prioritizing tasks, managing requests, and maintaining efficient workflows. Additionally, you will engage in hands-on design work, creating visuals for campaigns, marketing materials, and assets to ensure content remains fresh and on-brand.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational tasks, possesses excellent relational skills, thrives in a collaborative remote environment, and has a keen eye for quality design.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination & Design Operations

• Coordinate design projects across all brands.
• Manage task priorities, timelines, and resources for the design team.
• Oversee design request intake and facilitate smooth handoffs.

Hands-On Design Work

• Design emails and landing pages for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Create marketing visuals, including booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, and social visuals.
• Support social media and email marketing teams with design needs.
• Design or update assets for sales outreach and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align materials with messaging and branding.

Qualifications

• Strong background in digital graphic design and layout.
• Experience in managing or coordinating creative projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices.
• Comfortable working in a remote, async environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Bonus: Video-making/editing skills (Premiere, AfterEffects, Jitter) and experience with SaaS or ESP marketing.
