Job Description:

This is a 6-month contract starting July 1, 2025.

Salary range is €16,500 - €19,000 for the 6 month contract.

We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinator’s maternity leave. In this role, you’ll coordinate design operations across our brands (Beefree, Beefree SDK, RGE), support a team of 3 designers, manage workflows, and also contribute hands-on with design work such as creating campaign visuals and marketing assets.

This position suits someone who enjoys creative and operational tasks, has excellent relational skills, thrives remotely, and has a keen eye for quality design.

Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination & Design Ops

• Coordinate design projects across all brands.
• Manage task prioritization, timelines, and resources for 3 designers.
• Oversee design request intake and team handoffs.

Hands-On Design Work

• Design emails and landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
• Create marketing visuals like booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, social visuals.
• Support social media and email marketing teams with design needs.
• Update assets for sales outreach and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align materials with messaging and branding.

Qualifications

• Strong background in digital graphic design and layout.
• Experience managing creative projects and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-deadline management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Jira, Confluence.
• Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices.
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder cooperation skills.
• Bonus: Video editing skills (Premiere, AfterEffects, Jitter).
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS or ESP marketing.
