A recruitment agency is actively seeking a Creative Marketing Lead for a new studio in Milan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the creative strategy for a successful mid-core card game and leading the user acquisition creative team. This position offers a salary of up to €75K and includes relocation support.

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Lead for our client's new studio in Milan, the person in mind would be working on a mid-core card game which has already proven to be successful.

Role

- You will define the creative strategy, decide which UA assets to create and lead the UA creative team into building those

- They have a marketing artist already so will work with them and work on building that team

- Decide which ad networks to use with a focus on Google Ads and Applovin

Location – Milan, office-based role will need to relocate. They will provide relocation support including financial and logistical support.

Salary - €60K ideally, will consider up to €75K for top candidates. In addition, there is a bonus scheme.
