Visio Digital is a digital agency offering the full-scope of digital marketing services : digital advertising, web and e-commerce development, SEO, UX / UI, brand identity, and more. We partner with the industry's leading platforms (Meta, Google, Shopify, TikTok, Klaviyo, & Amazon, to name a few) and leverage the power of data analysis to boost reach and visibility, transform leads into customers, and ultimately scale e-commerce results for our global clients. To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Creative Director (Growth) to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

Performance-Oriented Content Creation :

Develop content designed to maximize reach, meet the algorithmic requirements of next-gen platforms, and engage target audiences.

Conceptualize and produce content that drives traffic, leads, and conversions without compromising creativity.

Alignment with the Marketing Funnel :

Using an integrated strategic approach, create content for all stages of the funnel, from discovery (TOFU) to consideration (MOFU) to conversion (BOFU).

Platform-Specific Optimization :

Design content optimized for digital platforms like Facebook / Instagram Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and others, considering each channel's unique characteristics.

Analyze campaign data and iterate quickly to enhance performance continually.

Team and Creative Resource Management :

Coordinate the creative team (designers, copywriters, video makers, etc.) to ensure content aligns with performance goals.

Collaborate with marketing and paid advertising departments to align creative strategies with business objectives.

Optimization for ROI and Measurable Results :

Ensure content is focused on delivering tangible results, such as conversions, leads, or sales, with an emphasis on KPIs and improving ROAS.

Support media and marketing teams in maximizing campaign efficiency.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

A degree in a relevant field such as Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or Communication.

At least +5 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role.

In-depth understanding of branding, advertising, and marketing concepts. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Deep understanding of the specific dynamics of digital platforms.

Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc. and the usage of social media such as Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and design solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Italian and English (business proficient).
