Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer and Content Creator who will act as a key creative mind within the marketing team. This role is at the heart of HONOR’s content strategy, bringing ideas to life through impactful visual storytelling and original campaign concepts. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with strong execution skills, constantly exploring new formats, tools and cultural trends to shape the way our brand communicates across social and digital touchpoints.You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual language of the brand, collaborating with marketing, digital and influencer teams to craft content that captures attention, drives engagement and sets new standards in creativity.

Job Requirements:

• Lead the design and execution of creative content across social platforms and digital media placements, ensuring every asset is optimized for its format and audience (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Ads, Display, Programmatic, etc.).
• Translate social and cultural trends into original concepts, turning them into visually impactful assets that feel native to each platform.
• Shape and evolve the brand’s visual identity, aligning creative output with strategy and audience, while ensuring consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign ideas that combine creativity, storytelling and performance objectives.
• Produce both static and motion content, including Reels, TikToks, animations, thumbnails, carousels, and campaign visuals.
• Design visuals for physical activations when needed, including retail, packaging and events.
• Coordinate workflows with project managers, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Runway, Midjourney) to enhance production processes and explore new creative formats.
• Stay ahead of trends across social platforms, design, and digital communication, bringing inspiration and innovation to the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative design, content production or art direction, ideally in tech, fashion or lifestyle industries.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong video editing and motion design skills, particularly for social platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Strategic eye for visual identity development and brand storytelling.
• Up-to-date on cultural, digital and design trends, with the ability to turn them into relevant creative ideas.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for creative workflows (e.g. D-ID, Runway, Midjourney).
• Excellent collaboration, time management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (Chinese is a plus).
