Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a Design Leader to head its in-house Creative Studio across Europe. You’ll be the senior designer, guiding the visual direction and style across campaigns, launches, paid and organic social, CRM, and digital experiences while remaining deeply hands-on in the work.

Based in an exciting phase, you’ll lead a talented team, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and ensure Deliverables are distinctive, relevant, and high performing across 13 markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior design roles or design leadership.
• portfolio with strong visual thinking and craft.
• Experience delivering integrated brand campaigns across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across brand campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences.
• Personally concept, design and deliver high-priority creative with the team.
• Develop and mentor designers and motion designers to raise output quality.
• Own major campaigns from concept to delivery across TV, OOH, digital and social.
• Maintain distinctive, cohesive Treatwell visual identity and design systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to connect brand with product experience.
• Improve studio processes and feedback loops for faster, high-quality output.
