In the EMEA region, our CRE team provides comprehensive services throughout the property lifecycle, including commercial, construction, and facility management, ensuring sustainable development for DHL Group.

Your Tasks (in collaboration with senior colleagues):

1. Manage property portfolio for DHL buildings.
2. Handle legal deadlines such as fire prevention certificates, coordinating stakeholders for renewals.
3. Monitor lease expiration dates and develop strategies accordingly.
4. Provide real estate scenarios, analysis, and construction insights to support strategic decisions.
5. Manage relationships with landlords and key stakeholders, including investors and authorities.
6. Assist in preparing business cases (BCA) for building projects.
7. Track project progress, prepare reports, update stakeholders, and suggest risk mitigation strategies.
8. Ensure project standardization by leveraging DHL global guidelines.
9. Monitor costs and timelines.
10. Maintain reports and update internal tools.

Your Profile:

• Surveyor certification or equivalent.
• Interest and curiosity in sustainability topics (e.g., photovoltaic systems, smart meters, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging stations).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Good command of English.

The following skills are advantageous:

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel.
