AbbVie is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to advance AbbVie's clinical trials in Italy. You will partner with study teams, investigators, and clinic staff to ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, and patient safety while driving site engagement and training.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, regulatory knowledge, and a proactive approach to risk assessment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health-related field.
• 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical monitoring.
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and ICH/GCP guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Primary Sponsor contact for investigative sites.
• Aligns and trains site staff on trial goals and patient treatment principles.
• Conducts site evaluations and monitoring activities with regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior CRAs and support risk assessment and site engagement.
