Une entreprise leader dans les services d'assurance recherche un Assistant Client à Cagliari. En tant qu'assistant, vous serez responsable de la gestion des appels entrants et du traitement des demandes des clients concernant les services de télépéage. Ce poste vous offre un environnement de travail international et une formation initiale pour assurer votre succès. Un engagement à temps partiel est requis, avec des heures de travail flexibles du lundi au samedi.

Position: Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:
  1. Manage inbound calls and back-office activities to meet customer and potential client needs related to telepass services.
  2. Open, manage, and close tickets during inbound calls, utilizing internal management systems.
  3. Handle requests through recall and follow-up with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Customer-oriented, reliable, and passionate about technology.
  2. High school diploma (minimum requirement).
  3. Proficiency in Windows and Office.
  4. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  5. Availability to work in Cagliari, Loc. Sa Illetta.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM; Sundays and holidays off.
