Overview

A wonderful opportunity for a talented Courier Support Specialist 2D to join InPost’s Italy Logistics Team. You will have a strategic role working closely with several departments: drivers, warehouse operators and Logistics team. The person we’re looking for has a true passion for problem solving and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Location:

Full remote or 1 day at the office (if Located in Milano).

Contract Type: part-time

• You will interact with warehouse managers and their respective logistics managers to understand the reasons for non-delivery
• You will interact with various suppliers
• You will analyze data on the daily performance of couriers through various reports
• You will collaborate with depot supervisors and logistic managers
• You will be in charge of transferring some information to our depots
