We are Hiring: Country Sales Manager

To expand our presence in a new market and explore new sectors, we are seeking a Country Sales Manager!

The main challenge for the Country Sales Manager is to grow local business activities by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also play a key role in developing and growing the team.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new potential clients based on the sales strategy.
  2. Build strong relationships to expand your client base and ensure lasting satisfaction.
  3. Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and growing your portfolio.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
  5. Participate in relevant industry events to support business development.
Your Profile:
  1. At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience selling SaaS solutions.
  3. Knowledge of the retail and/or digital sectors.
  4. Ability to persuade C-level executives and IT directors in B2B relationships.
  5. Fluent in both Italian and English, in written and oral communication.
