To expand our presence in a new market and explore new sectors, we are seeking a Country Sales Manager!
The main challenge for the Country Sales Manager is to expand local business activities by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies, while also playing a key role in developing and growing the team.
Your Responsibilities:
Identify new potential clients based on the sales strategy.
Cultivate strong relationships to expand your client base and ensure lasting satisfaction.
Take charge of the complete sales process, from finding prospects to sealing deals and growing your portfolio.
Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to boost revenue.
Participate in relevant business events related to our industry and for our business development.
Your Profile:
7 years of experience in a similar position.
Ability to sell a SaaS solution.
Knowledge in the retail and/or digital sectors.
Ability to persuade C-level executives and IT directors in B2B relationships.
Proficient in both written and oral communication in Italian and English.
What We Offer:
Unlimited commissions, paid monthly for each sale.
An annual bonus.
The position is based in Milan, Italy and offers a permanent contract.
