The Opportunity

As the Country Sales Director for Italy, you will lead and drive the growth of Nutanix's Enterprise, Commercial Business and Public Sector business within the region. This strategic leadership role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, team management, and deep technical understanding of infrastructure solutions. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams, developing and executing a comprehensive business plan, and building lasting relationships with C-level executives across key industries such as financial services, manufacturing, and energy. With a focus on high-level negotiation and value-based selling, you will steer the sales organization to accelerate performance, identify new opportunities, and ensure sustainable market expansion. This role demands a hands-on leader who is fluent in Italian, comfortable with significant travel, and passionate about coaching and developing a high-performing team to achieve ambitious business goals.
