We are currently seeking a Country / Regional Sales Manager to join our Asian team.

  • Product line development
  • Panels for wall, floor, and ceiling
  • Materials: Plywood, OSB, Gyproc for walls, Chipboard, MDF for furniture

You will join a sales team based in Asia and take responsibility for sales activities in Southern Europe and possibly Northern Europe.

Position : Regional Sales / Country Manager

Location : Spain / Portugal / Italy / France (Work from Home)

Employment type : Full-time / Contractor / Freelance

Remuneration : To be discussed based on expectations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify new potential partners and help them improve their skills to become part of our core sales network.
  • Sell the organization’s products or services, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and expand enterprise accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Report objectives, actions, and results to your hierarchy.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and proactively address competitive threats.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales professionally.
  • Manage key partner relationships, facilitating communication on strategic issues at an executive level.
  • Research potential customers, follow up on leads, and close deals.
  • Develop market strategies and understand client objectives.
  • Coordinate account strategies and support sales teams.
  • Develop strategies for business growth and coordinate resources to meet goals.
  • This role involves significant international interaction across Europe.

You will work closely with Asian colleagues.

  • Act as the primary contact for enterprise accounts, maintaining high-level relationships focused on strategic partnership.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Furniture Industry.
  • Knowledge of flooring products such as Rigid Core, Eco Composite, Waterproof Hardwood, etc.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and as part of a team.
