Position: Country Orthodontist Director (Milan, Italy)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to supervise our Italy team of doctors.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the medical responsible doctor for the clinics and treatments in Italy.
• Handle escalated cases requiring orthodontic care, such as complex cases, teenagers, and metal braces cases.
• Oversee the work of orthodontists/dentists, review their cases, and ensure clinical standards, patient safety, and an impressive experience.
• Provide training to current and new doctors, assist with their cases, and foster a positive work environment, including travel as needed.
• Develop and implement procedures and best practices in clinical workflows.
• Review diagnoses and treatment plans with aligners, giving final approval, and monitor patient progress via digital tools, balancing online and in-clinic visits.
• Manage doctors’ schedules, fill in during emergencies, and conduct initial and follow-up patient visits.
• Motivate, retain, and educate the medical team, encouraging engagement.
• Focus on NPS, quality, conversions, and patient experience; uphold high performance standards.
• Participate in marketing activities, including creating content for social media and website, and contribute to medical articles and conferences, representing Impress in Spain and dental associations.

Requirements:

• Degree or certificate in dentistry with specialization in Orthodontics.
• Italian Medical license (ALBO).
• 7+ years experience with invisible aligners.
• 10+ years in dental treatments.
• Experience managing a team of doctors.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with tech tools like Gsuite.
• Fluent in Italian and professional English.
