As Twinkl continues to expand its reach in Italy, we are seeking a dedicated Country Manager to lead our efforts in establishing us as the leading education resource provider in the country.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of education, excellent market insight, and strong connections within the education sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting educators, skilled in marketing and social media, and capable of strategic product development and market opportunity identification.

This role requires a combination of planning, quick thinking, and adaptability to market changes.

Key Responsibilities :

Educational Leadership and Market Understanding :

• Deep understanding of the education landscape and the needs of educators and learners in Italy.
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers and educators to position Twinkl as a preferred resource provider.
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and gathering insights into the local education sector.
• Leading the development and enhancement of resources tailored for educators' careers.
• Leading and motivating a team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Identifying new opportunities and leading strategic projects to drive growth.

Marketing and Brand Awareness :

• Developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Planning and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Building partnerships with local organizations and influencers to enhance credibility and reach.
• Aligning Twinkl's products with educators' needs and analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Business Growth and Performance :

• Achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.
• Providing regular performance reports and progress updates.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Thorough knowledge of the Italian education market and customer needs.
• Experience teaching in a public state school.
