Competenze

At Landatu Solar, we are looking for a new team member to lead the commercial expansion into the Italian market. If you're a proactive, solution-oriented person with a passion for solar energy and the ambition to build something from the ground up — this is your opportunity.

Who are we?

Landatu Solar is a young and innovative engineering company based in Bilbao (Spain), with offices in Madrid and Bilbao. We focus on developing and manufacturing our own patented floating solar systems and anchoring technologies, as well as structural solutions for flat surfaces.

We’re driven by a strong R&D culture and face new technical and commercial challenges daily — working toward the goal of enabling solar deployment in places where traditional systems can’t reach. Our solutions, like Landblock and Lamaru, are pushing the limits of solar accessibility both in Spain and internationally.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone highly motivated to lead the opening of a new market and ready to take ownership of all commercial activities in Italy. This is a key strategic role with a high degree of autonomy, ideal for someone eager to leave their mark and drive the growth of Landatu Solar in the region.

You will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy in Italy, identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and turning Landatu into a known and trusted brand in the Italian solar market.

Your day-to-day tasks :

  • Develop and lead Landatu Solar's commercial activity in Italy.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with EPCs, developers, installers, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent Landatu Solar at industry events, fairs, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate with the Spanish HQ on technical adaptations and business support.
  • Help shape product positioning and market entry strategies.
  • Track and report market trends and competitor activity.

Who are you?

  • You have 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the solar PV industry.
  • Experience in mounting structures or BOS solutions is a strong plus.
  • You have a deep understanding of the Italian solar market (regulations, players, trends).
  • You speak Italian (native or fluent) and English fluently. Spanish is a plus.
  • You are based in Italy and willing to travel as needed.
  • You are hands-on, resourceful, and ready to build something from scratch.
  • You enjoy working autonomously, setting your own goals, and solving problems daily.

  • Competitive base salary (€30,000 - €45,000) + performance-based variable compensation (bonus and commissions).
