Job Description:

Our Partner is a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm operating across multiple sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Manager to oversee and manage operations in the Middle East area.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete operations of the EPC business within the country, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
  • Manage and lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals in the region.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with local regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance and project status.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
  • Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the region.
  • Mentor, lead, and develop local teams, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an EPC leadership role, with proven expertise in managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, including cultural, regulatory, and business practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
