In accordance with company policies and reporting to the CEO, the Country Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Working closely with the CEO to define medium and long-term sales objectives and gross margin targets for the company;
  2. Creating, developing, and managing sales plans aimed at achieving the company's sales objectives in the Italian market;
  3. Managing direct relationships with key brand partners through virtual and in-person meetings;
  4. Coordinating and supervising the work of the teams: Brand Partnerships, Sales, Creative, and Operations, and collaborating on advertising and marketing plans;
  5. Participating in the company's management team and contributing to business growth;
  6. Supervising social media channels and advertising campaigns for brand partners, maintaining active relationships, and up-selling;
  7. Analyzing customer benchmarks and competitive scenarios.
