Role Description :

We are seeking a Country Manager to lead and expand VT Markets’ presence in respective country.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and leading local teams to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in the B2B Forex / CFD industry. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, establishing strong client and partner relationships, and executing growth strategies that align with VT Markets’ global vision.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Take full ownership of the country’s business operations, sales performance, and market expansion.
  2. Develop and execute growth strategies to expand VT Markets’ presence in the local market.
  3. Lead the acquisition and management of Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partners.
  4. Build and lead a high-performing local team; recruit, coach, and mentor staff to achieve and exceed targets.
  5. Ensure a strong local brand presence through strategic partnerships, events, and marketing collaborations.
  6. Analyze local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
  7. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to deliver tailored client experiences.
  8. Drive monthly and quarterly performance targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
  9. Act as the main representative and spokesperson for VT Markets in the local market.
Qualifications :

Previous leadership or country management experience within the financial services or trading industry is essential. A deep understanding of the local market, including client segments, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements, is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English & Native Language (verbal + written) is required.
