We are currently seeking a Country Manager in Italy.

Responsibilities :

  1. Identify, establish, and manage relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners.
  2. Drive the development and execution of effective sales and go-to-market strategies.
  3. Achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets across all relevant channels.
  4. Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team to support business operations.
  5. Ensure optimal in-store presence and visibility of the product portfolio.
  6. Manage internal and customer-facing budgets, ensuring financial discipline and ROI.
  7. Deliver regular, comprehensive business performance reports.
  8. Represent the brand with excellence and integrity across all stakeholder engagements.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
  2. In-depth knowledge of the Italian FMCG market, particularly within distribution and wholesale.
  3. Proven experience managing key accounts, wholesalers, and C+C channels; established network required.
  4. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-motivated, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational capability.
  7. Proven ability in negotiation, problem-solving, and driving results under pressure.
  8. Flexible, adaptable, and highly goal-oriented.
