Une entreprise internationale spécialisée dans les solutions d'énergie renouvelable recherche un Country Manager pour l'Italie. Le candidat sera responsable de la stratégie, des opérations locales, et de l'appel des ressources pour optimiser la création de valeur, tout en garantissant la conformité légale et environnementale au sein de l'organisation.

Our client is a well known International company specialized in renewable energy solutions, particularly in the construction from green field of Biogas plants. They utilize biogas derived from organic waste in landfills and anaerobic digestion systems at organic valorization plants.

Their commitment to sustainability is evident in their efforts to transform environmental liabilities into renewable energy products.

To boost the Italian presence, with already an established team of employees and several biogas plants, we are looking for a new Country Manager Italy.

He/She will be responsible for implementing in the geographical area under coordination the measures necessary to achieve the objectives agreed for the budget and strategic plan, coordinating the development, operations and finance teams, and managing areas with direct reports.Identifying the resources needed to maximize value creation, ensuring the applicability of the group's policies and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating the local management team made up of an operations manager, a finance manager and a business development manager, leading the management team meetings;
- Ensure the preparation of the budget proposal and the strategic plan to be consolidated and approved
- Ensuring full compliance with the law and internal guidelines, carrying out the necessary activity reports, monitoring the kpi established and proposing compensatory measures if necessary;
- Ensuring the optimization of internal processes for efficiency and quality;Maintain close liaison with the various areas of the organization in order to make any necessary decisions agile;
- Coordinate the Human Resources assigned to their responsibility and supervise the implementation of Human Resources policies, in order to guarantee the motivation and development of their employees, thus maximizing the human capital of their teams;
- Comply with and enforce the Quality, Safety and Environmental standards, in accordance with the policies, in order to guarantee that its activities are carried out in accordance with the requirements
