A leading hearing care company in Milan is seeking a Country Legal & Compliance specialist. The role involves managing legal frameworks, reviewing contracts, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in law and be fluent in Italian and English. The position offers a hybrid work model allowing remote work 9 days a month.

For Amplifon Italy in our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Country Legal & Compliance specialist to join our local team.
You will be accountable for:
To fulfill the set objectives according to the company's strategic plan.
Manage changes and transformations across various departments to minimize and anticipate risks. Handle relationships with internal clients and external lawyers.
Review various commercial contracts, leases, franchises, collaborations, consumption policies, data protection, and stay abreast of Amplifon Group's compliance policy.
Stay informed and updated with different regulations regarding healthcare products.
Keep store documents up to date regarding consumption, data protection, marketing activities, and healthcare compliance.
Stay current with corporate secretarial matters (powers of attorney, minutes, certificates).

Required education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in law. Previous experience as in-house lawyer is a plus but not essential.
Fluent in Italian and English.
