This role involves scaling operations, building a sales team, and overseeing growth within the Italian market. Ideal candidates should have extensive eCommerce experience, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for entrepreneurship.

We are seeking an exceptional professional with relevant experience who is passionate about eCommerce and entrepreneurship. The new Head of Italy will join the Executive Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role heading into the next growth phase. A successful candidate will build out the sales team, oversee growth initiatives, and operational improvements within the market.
Experience
6+ years of professional experience
Relevant experience in eCommerce in the region (marketplaces, eShops, eCommerce SaaS Solutions, Fulfilment providers, shipping automation companies, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Italian)
Comfort with customer relationship management
Team player with a passion for learning
Flexible, professional, accurate, and structured
Outgoing, friendly, and fun to be around
