  • About the Role
  • The purpose of this role is to support the Counterparty Management team administratively, dealing with new and existing counterparties (CPs).

    Reporting line : Head of Counterparty Management

    Location : Italy

    Worksite : remote

  • Responsibilities
    • Oversee the launch of our CP-CRM system.
    • Manage and maintain Jira projects.
    • Handle data and documents for new and existing partners.
    • Keep partner documents up-to-date.
    • Support the team in ensuring smooth operations.
    • Assist the manager with improvements and changes.
    • Collaborate with Back Office, Front Office, Treasury, Finance, Business Development, Compliance, and Risk teams.
  • Requirements
    • Experience with JIRA and other CRM systems.
    • IT literate and competent.
    • Ideally, a background in project management.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
    • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Excellent client, CP, and customer service skills.
    • 1-3 years of experience in similar roles or as an administrator.
