The role – what we are looking for

Currie & Brown Italy seeks a Cost Manager / RE Analyst in Treviso. Since 2010, we have supported both national and international clients in Italy’s hospitality, leisure, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Your core duties will include:

• Due Diligence

  Preparation of technical due diligence and real estate reports, analysis of cadastral, building, and urban planning documentation, drafting VDRs, checklists, and Q&A with counterparts.

• Cost Management & Real Estate advisory

  Creating CapEx plans and budgets, monitoring project costs, preparing business plans, analyzing real estate investments, and market analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Economics; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in real estate, preferably in international consulting or asset management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
