As a Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will:

1. Support the settlement of construction disputes, loss, and expense claims with transparency.
2. Resolve commercial, change order, and contract issues swiftly and fairly.
3. Assist in preparing and agreeing on final accounts, including handling claims to ensure the client receives the best value from the work undertaken.
4. Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
5. Support agile project management and facilitate clear decision-making through comprehensive cost documentation and timely communication.
6. Participate actively in the tender/bid process, from initial documentation to analysis and reporting.
7. Oversee project expenditure by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations clearly to your team.
