In dieser Schlüsselrolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie die Planung und Prognose der Kosten auf Länderebene. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Controlling-Direktor und anderen Fachabteilungen zusammen, um die Qualität der Berichterstattung zu gewährleisten und die Kosten zu optimieren. Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten, in dem Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten und Ihre Teamarbeit geschätzt werden. Competenze

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Kostencontrolling.

For Our International Client, Leader in Supply Chain Industry

We are looking for a: Cost Controller, based in Peschiera Borromeo (MI).

Reporting directly to the Controlling Director, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Management of the functional Profit & Loss
• Counterpart of functional Director and EMEA functional controllers
• Forecast and Planning of IT and HR costs, at Country level, embedded in the business
• Guarantee Reporting quality of all indirect cost centers, excluding business
• Guarantee Country staff cost reporting quality, together with FTEs reporting and monitoring; this includes Country Staff cost Forecast and Planning
• Manage reporting drivers for customer profitability and support to monthly closing activity together with the FP&A and Reporting managers
• Knowledge of Country fixed costs and support in reviewing them during monthly closing
• Manage and update (based on Regional input) of the indirect cost charging model to the business
• Support to indirect function staff for any need (contact person), also just to be correctly addressed within the company to solve their problems.

What we need from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in International Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry in Cost controlling;
