Una nota azienda italiana, leader nel settore dell'IT e soluzioni di automazione, cerca un Cost Controller per unirsi al suo ufficio tecnico. Il candidato gestirà i costi dei progetti, monitorando le performance mensilmente e collaborando con il Project Manager. Requisiti includono una laurea pertinente e esperienza nel settore delle costruzioni, con forte attenzione alla pianificazione e gestione del progetto.

• Esperienza precedente nel settore edilizio richiesta.

Mansioni

• Sviluppare e aggiornare budget di progetto in collaborazione con il PM.
• Supportare il PM nel mantenere i progetti all'interno dei budget approvati.
• Preparare rapporti di progetto secondo le procedure aziendali.

Advanced Global Solution AGS S.p.A., a well-established Italian company with over twenty years of experience in IT consulting, custom application solutions, automation systems, and Industrial IoT for digital transformation, is seeking to strengthen its Real Estate division.

In partnership with Pessina Costruzioni S.p.A., a leader in construction for over 60 years, AGS is looking for a Cost Controller to join their technical office. The role involves managing project costs and resources, and monitoring project performance monthly.

The candidate will report to the Project Manager (PM) or their delegate and will be responsible for:

1. Developing project budgets in collaboration with the PM and management;
2. Supporting the PM to keep projects within approved budgets;
3. Updating project control systems and analyzing project deviations in costs and timelines, liaising with site managers and accountancy staff as needed;
4. Preparing project reports according to company procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a technical high school diploma (geometra);
• Previous experience in the construction sector;
• Planning skills;
• Time and project management skills;
• Knowledge of construction processes;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Project;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Stress management skills.

The position offers a permanent contract under the CCNL Edilizia - Industry with a salary commensurate with experience.
