Opportunity

Cost Controller

We are looking for a Cost Controller to support our Project Team responsible for the design of public works (schools, universities, hospitals, social housing).

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Drafting detailed bills of quantities for public and private construction projects (building works only)
• Optimizing and integrating the detailed bill of quantities during the executive design phase
• Using recognized price lists and/or performing price analysis through market research or specific quotations
• Providing technical support to the project team

Experience and Skills

• Diploma in Surveying and/or Degree in Civil/Building Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Good knowledge of software such as Primus and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Archvision and Autodesk Revit is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity
• Teamwork and collaborative attitude
