For a greenfield data centre project in Italy, we are seeking candidates to help manage our client's flagship greenfield Data Centre. The project duration is 3 years, with promising scope for extension, aiming to set a standard for expansion across EMEA.

This is an exciting time to apply, as a new team is being formed. The working pattern will be hybrid, with some on-site presence required as the project progresses, though flexibility is offered.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the pre-construction phase of the project
2. Produce budgetary and resource allocation reports
3. Coordinate with the client, providing regular updates
4. Collaborate closely with the cost-control team to ensure visibility

Qualifications:

• Experience with greenfield construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Oil & Gas or Pharmaceutical experience is desirable if less DC experience
• Italian language skills are preferred but not essential
• Experience with Project Management Consultancies
