Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie ou gestion, avec 4-6 ans d'expérience dans le contrôle des coûts de projet. Il devra être capable d'effectuer des analyses détaillées et de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes internationales pour assurer la performance des projets. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets innovants et de contribuer à la transition énergétique.

Competenze

• Baccalauréat requis, de préférence en ingénierie ou gestion de projet.
• 4-6 ans d'expérience en tant que Cost Controller dans des projets EPC.
• Qualifications professionnelles en gestion des coûts ou gestion de projet souhaitées.

Mansioni

• Analyser le contrat de projet et préparer la structure de coût du projet.
• Collecter et analyser tous les coûts du projet pour les prévisions et les calculs d'accrual.
• Produire régulièrement des projections de flux de trésorerie à court et long terme.

Saipem is seeking a Cost Control Expert to join the Project Cost Control department. The Senior Cost Controller ensures accurate, timely, and value-added project analysis and reporting, contributing to effective project management, including cost performance status reporting.

The role encompasses all Cost Control functions such as budget setup, updates, monitoring, change management, variation estimation, cost reporting, risk contingency management, and forecasting activities. The position reports directly to the Project Cost Manager and functionally to the Project Control Manager and / or Cost Controller Coordinator, depending on project scale.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand the Project Contract and Scope of Work to prepare the Project Cost Breakdown structure.
• Collect and analyze all project costs (actual, committed, and estimate to complete) for forecasting and accruals calculation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting of variances periodically.
• Produce short- and long-term cash flow projections regularly.
• Participate in estimating Variation Orders and incorporate validated budgets into the cost control system.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration. Professional qualifications in Cost Management, Project Management, or Engineering are desirable.

Experience : 4-6 years in project controls as a Cost Controller, with understanding of EPC projects.

IT Skills : Experience with SAP or similar databases; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills :

Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong team-building attitude, results-oriented.

Ability to collaborate with international teams.

Attention to detail and capacity for logical analysis and synthesis.

Location : Milan, Italy. Willingness to relocate is required.
