5-STAR HOTEL SPA THERAPIST - COSMETOLOGIST - ESTETISTA

The opening of a 5-Star Resort belonging to the international group "Hirmer Hospitality" is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking Lake Garda.

This prestigious hotel houses 99 guest rooms and suites, and features 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a meeting room, an innovative wellness center & spa of 2,000 square meters, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools.

SPA THERAPISTS - COSMETOLOGISTS

Our opening 5-star hotel of the international hotel chain Travel Charme is seeking SPA therapists and cosmetologists responsible for therapeutic consultations, understanding guests' medical histories, stress, and pain issues to determine the most helpful treatments, such as massages.

This role reports directly to the SPA Manager and collaborates with SPA receptionists, hairdressers, pool staff, and masseurs/masseuses.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with professionalism and hospitality, accommodating special requests if possible.
• Delivering a variety of SPA services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure) safely and comfortably, adhering to hotel standards and procedures.
• Following customized treatment plans under the guidance of the SPA Manager.
• Suggesting and promoting retail products and additional services.
• Massaging and kneading muscles and soft tissues to treat medical conditions, injuries, or to enhance wellness, in compliance with standards.
• Sharing critical cases with other SPA professionals to ensure optimal treatment plans.
• Keeping detailed and accurate treatment records for guests.
• Participating in meetings and training sessions.
• Assisting SPA receptionists with calls during busy hours and providing information face-to-face and over the phone.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of treatment rooms and SPA suites.
• Complying with hygiene standards and health & safety procedures.
• Managing opening and closing of the SPA as scheduled.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury SPA or therapy center as a massage therapist.
• Good knowledge of holistic and wellness trends (reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, lymphatic system, sports, and deep tissue massage).
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Fluent Italian and English; German and Russian are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform massages on diverse guests and stand for extended periods.
• Professional appearance.
• Teamwork, discretion, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility, customer focus, and humility.
• Legal right to work in Italy.
