Azienda Anonima, a cosmetic contract manufacturer, is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen its commercial team at its Monza Brianza headquarters. You will lead end-to-end cosmetic development projects for international customers and coordinate with R&D, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

You will serve as the client contact, drive milestones, prepare quotations, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with production facilities, and manage orders through launch.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience in PM, Sales Account, or Customer Management in cosmetic contract manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Russian language fluency is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Languages or related field.
• Solid understanding of the beauty industry and product development processes.

• Lead end-to-end management of cosmetic development projects for international customers with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as key client contact, ensuring clear communication and smooth project experience from concept to launch.
• Identify suitable formulation, packaging, color, and commercial solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Drive project execution by tracking milestones and coordinating activities to meet deadlines.
• Assist in preparing quotations, business proposals, and customer agreements.
• Oversee technical documentation and support product validation in line with requirements.
• Liaise with production facilities and external partners to ensure efficient development and implementation.
• Follow order management activities, monitor progress, and provide timely updates.
