• Education: Master’s degree or PhD in scientific disciplines (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science and Technology, or related fields)

Role Description :

We are looking for an R&D Lab Technician with experience in the cosmetics sector to support the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones in the Skincare, Suncare, and Makeup segments.

The candidate will be part of the Research & Development team and will actively contribute to formulation activities, testing, and industrial scale-up.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop innovative formulations for hair care, skincare, suncare, and makeup products.
• Conduct laboratory tests and evaluate cosmetic and physicochemical performance.
• Develop technical documentation and laboratory reports.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Production, and Marketing departments for product industrialization and launches.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and innovation in formulation technologies.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
• A Master’s in Cosmetology is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulations and formulation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Innovative mindset, precision, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in written and spoken technical English.
