We are recruiting a new Cosmetics Application Laboratory Technician in Milan, Italy.

Details

We are seeking a Cosmetic Applications Laboratory Technician with cosmetology studies to handle tasks within the cosmetic laboratory in Trezzo Sull'Adda. The role involves supporting research and development of new formulas and providing technical support to our sales team.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

1. Prepare Cosmetic Formulas
2. Formulate cosmetic products according to established specifications and procedures.
3. Adjust compositions and formulations to meet standards.
4. Control and monitor raw materials used in formulations.

Stock Control

Manage and control inventories of raw materials, chemicals, and laboratory equipment.

Place orders and track receipt of materials to ensure continuous production.

Maintenance of Work Area and Equipment

Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment (scales, mixers, agitators, etc.).

Ensure calibration and verification of measuring instruments are up to date.

Physicochemical Measurements

Perform physicochemical analyses of cosmetic samples, including pH, viscosity, and stability tests.

Record and analyze results, generating technical reports.

Stability and Quality Control

Conduct stability studies and accelerated aging tests.

Manage quality control tests to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Support Sales Team

Visit customers alongside the sales team to provide technical support.

Who are we looking for?
