Un'azienda leader nel settore cosmetico cerca un Tecnico di laboratorio per applicazioni cosmetiche a Trezzo sull'Adda. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in Chimica o Farmacia, un master in cosmetologia e almeno due anni di esperienza in laboratorio. Sarà responsabile della preparazione di formule cosmetiche, gestione delle scorte e analisi fisico-chimiche, contribuendo allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti. L'azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato e formazione continua.

Cosmetic Applications Laboratory Technician

We are recruiting a new Cosmetics Application Laboratory Technician in Milan, Italy.

Details

We are seeking for a new Cosmetic Applications Laboratory Technician with cosmetology studies, to handle tasks within the cosmetic laboratory in Trezzo Sull'Adda, supporting the research and development of new formulas as well as sharing technical support to our sales team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Prepare Cosmetic Formulas

• Formulation of cosmetic formulas according to established specifications and procedures.
• Adjustment of compositions and formulations to comply with standards.
• Control and monitoring of raw materials used in the formulation of cosmetic products.

Stock Control

• Management and control of inventories of raw materials, chemicals, and laboratory equipment.
• Placing orders and tracking the receipt of materials to ensure a continuous production flow.

Maintenance of Work Area and Equipment

• Ensure that the laboratory is kept clean, organized, and complies with established safety and quality standards.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory equipment (scales, mixers, agitators, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with periodic calibrations and verifications of measuring instruments.

Physicochemical Measurements

• Perform physicochemical analyses of cosmetic product samples, including tests for pH, viscosity, stability, among others.
• Record and analyze test results, generating technical reports.

Stability and Quality Control

• Conduct stability studies and accelerated aging tests of cosmetic products.
• Manage quality control tests to ensure that products meet current regulations and the company’s quality standards.

Support sales team

• Visit customers next to the Sales Team to share technical support.

Who are we looking for?

• University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Master’s degree in cosmetology.
• Two years of experience in a Personal Care, Cosmetics laboratory.
• Make up R&D experience, it's a must.
• Knowledge of physicochemical techniques and stability testing.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in travelling,
• English written and spoken.
