COS at Rinascente in Milan is hiring a Department Manager to lead a concession with a focus on exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

You will oversee a team of Sales Advisors, ensure service standards, and drive results while embodying the COS brand on the shop floor. Italian and English fluency is required, with shifts between 09:00 and 22:30 and a 40-hour work week.

• Deliver high level customer service with expert styling and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for new team members.
• Identify talent and contribute to development plans for the team.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity.
