Responsibilities

  • Participate in reviewing and updating the scientific literature on embodiment, visual disability, and consent.
  • Assist in developing the theoretical framework underpinning the study.
  • Help prepare and refine research tools, with emphasis on interview guide development.
  • Contact and engage adult participants with visual disabilities and conduct qualitative interviews.
  • Organize, transcribe, and analyze collected material using a qualitative and narrative approach.

Offer Description

The successful candidate will contribute to the different stages of the research process, participating in the review and updating of the scientific literature on embodiment, visual disability, and consent, as well as in the ongoing development of the theoretical framework underpinning the study. With regard to the empirical phase, they will contribute to the preparation and refinement of the research tools, with particular attention to the development of the interview guide, as well as to activities aimed at contacting and engaging adult participants with visual disabilities and conducting qualitative interviews. Their contribution to the research will also include the organization, transcription, and analysis of the collected material, following a qualitative and narrative approach.
