You will support recruitment efforts and process improvements while fostering a positive onboarding experience. The role requires a Master's degree in HR and proven skills in digital recruitment and talent management.

Descrizione del lavoro

To contribute to identifying, engaging, developing, reviewing, and retaining resources who have the potential to be of greatest value in line with Group strategies, values, and procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to developing hiring strategies in line with market trends and business needs.
  • Research and propose new channels for active and passive recruiting.
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertisement initiatives to enhance the visibility of job postings.
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes, promoting an engaging experience for new hires.
  • Support the department in managing employees' administrative processes.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct skills gap analyses and assessment activities.
  • Administer talent management and succession processes.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Master’s Degree in HR.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG company or HR consulting.
Company

Excellent knowledge of professional social networks, digital recruitment, employer branding, and assessment activities.

Proficient in English and Italian.
