Job Scope

As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work in synergy with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in the full lifecycle recruitment of talent in an international context with specific focus on Europe. The role will individually manage a portfolio of requisitions by focusing on meeting and exceeding hiring manager’s expectations as well as ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the hiring process and strategies within assigned requisitions and organization, including developing complex recruiting strategies.
  • Recruit and support open requisitions by sourcing talent, reviewing resumes/applications, screening candidates, processing offers, and other recruiting activities as needed in SuccessFactors.
  • Manage expectations of hiring managers and candidates, identify and resolve issues.
  • Coach managers in providing feedback to candidates, developing offers, determining competencies, coordinating and training interview teams.
  • Conduct interviews using in-depth behavioral and skills assessment techniques.
  • Ensure coordination and consistency with Corporate Talent Acquisition objectives.
  • Demonstrate understanding and compliance with internal processes.
  • Act as a point person for clients in providing staffing reports and metrics as needed.
  • Attend job fairs, conferences, and networking events when necessary.
  • Location: Bresso/Saluggia
  • Hybrid work.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant systems and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities.
  • Experience effectively working in a matrix organization across geographies and divisions.
  • Recruitment experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical/IVD industry or enabling function is a plus.
