Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Security Officer who will demonstrate and deliver high-quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users at a prime location.

Information :

• Position : Corporate Security Officer
• Hours : Average 56 hours per week
• Shifts : 7 On 3 Off, 7 On 4 Off – Days & Nights

Job Role / Requirements :

Licence required

5-star Corporate Security, Concierge, or Front of House experience for at least 1 year is an advantage

Ex-forces background is an advantage

Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and adapt to operational needs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service at all times

Strong command of English and good IT skills

Reliable, responsible, and punctual

Friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character

Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Flexible in daily duties and willing to participate in additional events on site

First Aid qualification and CCTV SIA Licence are desirable

About You :

Ability to deliver high-quality guarding and customer service

Team player with the ability to work independently and proactively

Calm under pressure and confident in handling confrontational situations

Physically fit for patrols and able to stand / walk during shifts

Competent in writing incident and shift reports

Professional and courteous demeanor, with effective body language

Efficient in dealing with visitors and staff, exceeding customer expectations

IT skills to operate Access Control and CCTV systems

Good email communication skills

Ability to exercise command and control, and communicate effectively across management levels

Understanding of the Corporate Escalation Process and emergency procedures

Willing to conduct opening & closing procedures, patrols, reception duties, and emergency responses

Comfortable working on a construction site transitioning into an office environment

Smart appearance suitable for the company

Prepared to undertake all duties and provide necessary documentation and vetting
