Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Security Officer who will demonstrate and deliver high-quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users at a prime location.

Information :

  • Position : Corporate Security Officer
  • Hours : Average 56 hours per week
  • Shifts : 7 On 3 Off, 7 On 4 Off – Days & Nights

Job Role / Requirements :

  • Licence required
  • 5-star Corporate Security, Concierge, or Front of House experience for at least 1 year is an advantage
  • Ex-forces background is an advantage
  • Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and adapt to operational needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service at all times
  • Strong command of English and good IT skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • Friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Flexible in daily duties and willing to participate in additional events on site
  • First Aid qualification and CCTV SIA Licence are desirable
  • About You :

  • Ability to deliver high-quality guarding and customer service
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Calm under pressure and confident in handling confrontational situations
  • Physically fit for patrols and able to stand / walk during shifts
  • Competent in writing incident and shift reports
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with effective body language
  • Efficient in dealing with visitors and staff, exceeding customer expectations
  • IT skills to operate Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Good email communication skills
  • Ability to exercise command and control, and communicate effectively across management levels
  • Understanding of the Corporate Escalation Process and emergency procedures
  • Willing to conduct opening & closing procedures, patrols, reception duties, and emergency responses
  • Comfortable working on a construction site transitioning into an office environment
  • Smart appearance suitable for the company
  • Prepared to undertake all duties and provide necessary documentation and vetting
