Descrizione del lavoro

The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating the online team in executing performance activities and will serve as the main administrative contact for all brand teams. They will also review performance activities related to new product launches and brand campaigns.

Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee the overall performance marketing strategy and execution plan.
  2. Manage monthly meetings with all brands and the online team to define performance activities and budget requirements.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Earned Media team to define influencer affiliation programs.
  4. Support the E-retailers team to reduce overlapping investments.
  5. Act as the primary contact for media agencies regarding all performance activities.
  6. Manage Google Analytics to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
  7. Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of key traffic KPIs across paid, organic, and owned media channels.
  8. Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits, execute A/B tests, and gather user feedback to improve conversion rates across digital channels and assets.
  9. Coordinate the online team’s execution of performance campaign activations.
  10. Share results and case histories with the Consumer Marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing/digital marketing performance areas.
  • Strong analytical thinking and proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in online/e-commerce marketing.
