General Description of the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating, drafting, and managing Italian and international agreements, including but not limited to agency, real estate, and service tenders related to Group Functions such as HR, Public Affairs & Sustainability, Finance, Corporate Banking, Corporate Communications, Brand Houses, Gallery, and Real Estate.
  • Providing support to the team in handling extraordinary transactions.
  • Managing and advising business functions on corporate and contractual matters.
  • Assisting and/or supporting in litigation cases (civil, administrative, and criminal), coordinating with external counsels when necessary.

Occasionally, the legal professional may also assist their manager in activities related to corporate law based on their own skills and experiences, such as:

  • Corporate governance, with a specific focus on stock exchange regulations and applicable regulatory frameworks (Italian and Dutch).
  • Performing corporate secretarial duties, including drafting notices of board of directors' and committee meetings, shareholders' meetings, and other corporate bodies' minutes.
  • Implementing Campari Group policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations, such as internal dealing, related parties procedures, insider trading, ultimate beneficial owner, and power structure.

Required qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Law.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a legal department of a multinational company or a reputable law firm, with exposure to an international environment. Admission to the Italian Bar is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on various legal matters and adapt to different contexts.
  • Ability to fluently speak, negotiate, and draft agreements in English (knowledge of French is a plus).
  • Excellent relationship skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with other functions and departments.
  • Strong prioritization and ability to work under pressure.
