Experience

Post law degree, experience practicing at a law firm or as in-house counsel in Italy, encountering challenges relevant to this role.

Responsibilities

• Support our Accounting, Finance, & Legal team and Business Acquisitions in cross-border acquisitions, due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and post-completion integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance on debt and equity financing, investments, and equity plans.
• Work with outside counsel on corporate reorganizations and governance in Italy and abroad.
• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts, including confidentiality, service, partnership, and technology agreements.
• Identify new opportunities to create value and stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
