Maison Valentino seeks a Corporate Learning, Engagement and I&E Manager in Milan to define learning strategies, enhance employee engagement, and drive inclusivity initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in learning management, is collaborative, has a digital mindset, and is passionate about building a remarkable workplace.

We are looking for an CORPORATE LEARNING, ENGAGEMENT AND I&E MANAGER based in MILAN.
Guarantee the continuous improvement of Company Engagement, through a targeted strategy based on Engagement survey results and other Colleague KPIs (e.g. onboarding and exit surveys)
Drive the Inclusivity & Equality agenda, defining and implementing initiatives aimed to continue to ensure a diverse and healthy workplace
At least 5+ years of experience in Learning Management as learning plan responsible, content designer and trainer
Knowledge and understanding of Employee Engagement management and implementation, in complex and dynamic environments
Knowledge and understanding of Inclusivity & Equality trends
Flexibility, collaboration skills and a digital mindset
Enthusiastic, energetic and with a strong desire to build something remarkable.
