MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting and reviewing of corporate and commercial agreements, Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A), BoD and Shareholder Resolutions, PoAs.
- Conducting cross-border transactions.
- Providing legal opinions on corporate/trust matters and corporate transactions.
- Assisting with the setup of corporate structures and licensing issues.
- Dealing with migration visa applications and procedures (BFU, PRP, Visitors Permits).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University Law Degree (an LPC or LLM in Corporate/Company/Commercial Law is an advantage).
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a corporate lawyer in a law firm and/or in-house.
- Good knowledge of Cyprus Company Law CAP 113.
- Excellent verbal and written command of Greek and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Team-player.
