MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting and reviewing of corporate and commercial agreements, Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A), BoD and Shareholder Resolutions, PoAs.
• Conducting cross-border transactions.
• Providing legal opinions on corporate/trust matters and corporate transactions.
• Assisting with the setup of corporate structures and licensing issues.
• Dealing with migration visa applications and procedures (BFU, PRP, Visitors Permits).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• University Law Degree (an LPC or LLM in Corporate/Company/Commercial Law is an advantage).
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a corporate lawyer in a law firm and/or in-house.
• Good knowledge of Cyprus Company Law CAP 113.
• Excellent verbal and written command of Greek and English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Team-player.
