Job Scope

Provides functional expertise in support, administration, and maintenance of finance applications. Works effectively and independently, collaborating with stakeholders and technical professionals. Contributes to the management and improvement of IT services to meet internal customer demands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the production environment, including system monitoring.
• Coordinate deliveries with external consultants, testers, key users, and technical teams.
• Analyze system improvements with key users.
• Lead project rollouts across different countries.
• Monitor user access policies according to business roles and segregation of duties.
• Communicate support issues and changes effectively to stakeholders.
• Assist in introducing new functionalities and applications.
• Provide guidance on optimal application usage.
• Conduct validation tests and participate in audit programs.
• Communicate business system implications to relevant teams.
• Estimate and plan for new projects or changes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related experience.
• 5+ years’ experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS/PBCS) or Hyperion; basic SAP ECC (FI and CO modules) knowledge.
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM Platform and Hyperion.
• Understanding of SAP ERP or S/4 HANA finance modules.
• Knowledge of consolidation, reporting, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Experience with finance, controlling, and treasury processes.
• Knowledge of project and service management processes.
• Oracle EPM certification is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and North America.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), with a minimum B1 proficiency in English language.
